Night to Honor Israel is March 2
Victory Christian Center will host the 2009 Night to Honor Israel from 7-9 p.m. March 2 with the Rev. John Hagee speaking.
“The nation of Israel needs help now more than at any time since the retaking of Jerusalem in 1967,” said Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty, pastor of Victory Christian and state director for Christians United for Israel. “Only God can give Israel the help it must have but He is using the voices of the faithful to stand with them. Because of the many voices speaking against Israel, we believe it is a righteous cause to inspire people to use their freedoms to speak up in support of Israel.”
In the Bible, Psalm 122:6 says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May they prosper who love you.”
