Obama’s socialized health care
Barack Obama said he doesn’t want to run General Motors yet he fired the CEO and named his cronies to its board of directors.
Now, Obama says he doesn’t want to nationalize health care in America. Even a cursory look at his health care proposals show that is not true. He wants the government to control your health care and that will lead to rationing.
Obama recently challenged Republicans by telling them to not criticize his plan without coming up with one of his own. Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., has done just that but you can bet the Obama Administration will give little or no consideration to Coburn’s common-sense proposal.
Obama wants the government to pay to have 45 million uninsured Americans (more than a third are illegals) get covered. Where is that money coming from?
Obama wants to start with a government-subsidized health care plan that competes with private insurance. That will cost at least $1 trillion over the next 10 years.
He wants to force all employers to offer health care to employees and cover at percentage – if not all – of the cost. That will especially hurt small businesses, who already can’t afford to offer coverage.
Opposition to his plan is building.
Business groups are planning ways to battle this liberal push toward socialism. Doctors all across the land will stand up and voice common-sense criticisms.
Obama has already plunged the country into the greatest debt of our history.
Now is the time to stop him from wrecking our health care system – the best in the world.
