September 28 golf tournament to benefit Happy Hands charity
Happy Hands will host its 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, on September 28 at MeadowBrook Country Club.
This golf tournament brings Tulsa area golfers back year after year because of their love for children with hearing loss and other communicative disorders.
The tournament is a handicapped 18-hole, four-player scramble and teams may be mixed, or all female or all male. Men age 60 and older with a handicap of 14 or higher may hit from the designated senior tee box.
A complimentary continental breakfast is available and the driving range will be open at 7:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. A buffet lunch will be served to all golfers.
Isabelle Beisiegel, an LPGA member who played in the U.S. Open recently, is partnering with Happy Hands by providing a free round of golf with her and her husband at Cedar Ridge.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Individual fees are $125 and includes a complimentary player goodie bag. Visit Happy Hands Website (www.happyhands.org) to register.
All proceeds will benefit Happy Hands.
