Free the Kirk
(Editor’s note: A district judge ruled that the Kirk of the Hills facility belonged to the parent denomination, not the local congregation.)
A KGB-infested religious hierarchy is in presumptuous control of the satanizing of the Christian denominations of not only the United States, but of the world (as they so successfully accomplished, first in Russia, then in all nations in which their agents could succeed in infiltration. The churches have always been the first to fall).
Since we know that Jesus said, “…Who is not for Me, is against Me…”, is anyone surprised that such a farcical claim might be supported by one sworn to uphold the “balance” of the scales of justice?
I had not known, a priori, that the utterance upon which the judge is said to have relied for the decision came far later than that for it to be justly considered for legal precept. But another error in this case deserves our scrutiny, and our collective condemnation - reliance on previous court decisions is of value but is never to be considered as a law unto itself.
Whenever such decisions remain expositions of the intent of the elder lawmakers, says sound theorem, as they were often rendered by those well acquainted with “original” intent. But our Founders were quite familiar with the rationale of sophists, and noted such in the Constitution (“no ex post facto law”).
I pray that all honorable persons of our community, regardless of preferences, will rally to the support of the most honorable members of the congregation. They strive to do much good, and sacrificially so, in our community, and we all would be measurably impoverished were they to be indeed disenfranchised of their congregational home for these many years.
Further, we should pray for the “leadership” of the PCUSA, not only that they see the Light they obviously do not support nor share with others, but that they enjoy appropriate consequences, as David asked for his persecutors in Psalms 35.
Thank you for your righteous courage and may you remain increasingly blessed in Jesus’ name.
